The minimum down payment here is 20%, and the maximum loan amount is 6 million rubles (with the exception of Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Oblast’, where it is more than 12 million rubles). This program is also valid until July 1, 2024.

In addition to mortgage programs, other benefits can be used when purchasing or building a house. For example, maternity capital can be used as a down payment on a mortgage or to pay off the main debt. Also, the payment of 450 thousand rubles is available to large families to repay the mortgage.

Do not forget about tax deductions, which allow you to return part of the costs of building a house and paying bank interest on a mortgage. In total, they can be refunded almost 650 thousand rubles.
