Russian Registration Authority will double the cost extracts from the Unified State Register Of Taxpayers
The increase in the cost of providing information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate from January 1, 2025 is a change that will affect both individuals and legal entities. Russian Registration Authority plans to double the cost of extracts from the Unified State Register of Real Estate, and this will be the first significant change in eight years.
According to the draft order, a paper extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate will cost 1,740 rubles for individuals and 5,100 rubles for legal entities. This is a significant increase compared to the previous cost of 870 and 2,550 rubles, respectively. In electronic form, the cost of the statement will also increase to 700 rubles for individuals and 1400 rubles for legal entities, instead of the previous 350 and 700 rubles.
Surely, an increase in cost may cause some difficulties, but it is important to remember that this change is aimed at improving the quality of information and service provided. The Unified State Register of Real Estate strives to provide more efficient access to data from the real estate register, which in turn will contribute to increasing transparency and reliability of real estate transactions.
It is also important to note that combat veterans, the disabled and large families will be able to use the service with a 50% discount. This is one of the additional advantages that will help make access to information more accessible to certain categories of citizens.
Don’t take this change as something negative. This is a step towards improving the system of providing information about real estate, which will ultimately benefit all participants in the real estate market.
We will follow the developments and be sure to share all relevant information with you. Stay tuned and keep up to date with all the changes!
