Property in St Petersburg pays for itself within 10 years

If you rent your new property in Saint Petersburg, it will pay for itself within at least 10 years. This is what analysts of SRG (analytical agency in Russia) said. The most attractive property in terms of rent is located in close to Tekhnologichesky Institut metro station (the payback is about 10% per year). And the least attractive area is Primorsky district, especially properties close to Lakhtinsky Razliv (the payback of properties located in this area is not higher than 6% per year).
