The leaders in construction of comfort-class residential real estate became Selt City and Group LSR. The best developer in the premium-class real estate sector became Setl City. The first place in the economy class real estate went to GK “CDS” and in middle class sector the winner was Legenda.
The head of Group LSR Andrey Molchanov was awarded as the builder of the year and the award for the outstanding achievements in the construction industry was given to the head of AO Stroitelny trest E. Rezvov who devoted over 50 years to the development of St Petersburg.
