Renting a three-room apartment in St Petersburg became cheaper by 6.1%. According to the information published by the local analytical center, the rent of two and one-room apartments is also decreasing now.
Renting a two-room apartment in St Petersburg costs 3.7 % less while the rent of a one-room apartment has decreased only by 1.2%.
Nevsky, Primorskiy and Moskovskiy districts still remain the most popular areas for renting. The most expensive rent options are in the central part of the city – Tsentralniy, Petrogradskiy and Admiralteyskiy districts. Those who are looking for cheap housing option should consider Krasnoselskiy district, where the average rent of three-room apartment doesn’t exceed 27 000 RUB, two-room option – 23 000 RUB and one-room option – 19 000 RUB.
