Most of future new buildings will be small residential developments. Infill development projects will become in demand again. Even leading developers are looking for spots for small projects.
Experts express positive expectations concerning new housing market in St Petersburg and Leningrad Region for 2017. They expect that at least 4 million of square meters will be sold. And the annual growth can reach 15-20%. But some analysts think that there are no actual reasons for a trend towards stabilization. Therefore, they say that it is rather difficult to give any certain predictions.
