Since the beginning of the year the construction of two residential complexes (726 apartments) both located in Petrogradskiy district was completed. And as the result, it increased the number of ready-to-move-in housing in the market by 40%. The number of offers in the secondary market has also increased and become 10% (2 700 apartments).
