St Petersburg government abolished a set of decrees according to which OOO VT-Nedvizhimost got the land plot on the 9th line of Vasilyevsky Ostrov, 76B for construction of the Triumph residential complex. As the result, the construction has not begun but some of the apartments have already been sold. Construction stopped in 2003. According to the original project, a development with 67 apartments was to be built there. Firstly ZAO IVI-93 was responsible for construction works. But it became bankrupt. The plot of 1.5 thousand square meters along with apartment buyers was given to VT-Nedvizhimost. The completion date was 2008. But still a number of issues had not been fixed up by 2015. For example, the developer didn't manage to agree the key project parameters with the Committee on State Control, Use and Protection of Historical and Cultural Landmarks, fix the issue with parking space. According to the shared investment contracts, 87 people had invested and some of them proved their rights.
During the project implementation the plot was considered unsuitable for housing construction.
