I have known Shinkevich Alla Gennadievna for more than 6 years. I was buying an apartment, Alla Gennadievna represented the interests of the seller. Even then, I was bribed by her thoroughness and high professional literacy, correctness and delicacy, the ability to win over a client with calm and reasonable arguments, to explain clearly all the subtleties of these, sometimes difficult nuances, in the purchase and sale of apartments. In the verification of documents, the transaction and in the subsequent registration-receipt of all documents, everything happened consistently, calmly, competently and thoroughly, not a single detail was forgotten.
It so happened that during these 6 years in my life there was a series of rentals, purchases, and sales of apartments. And I invariably turned only to Alla Gennadievna Shinkevich. They don't hang in ads for a long time. It was necessary to act quickly. And all I have is 2 unsold apartments, one of them in a completely sad state ((((I still can't believe how Alla Gennadievna and her colleague Marina Minirovna Kutueva managed to convince the owner of that apartment (of my dreams) to buy one of mine in exchange?! Naturally, with an additional payment. In a few days!!!
Then everything was like in a dream))) Everything is fast and clear: I make out a mortgage for the missing amount-an additional payment (with endless horror and fear of what bondage I get into), Alla Gennadievna and Marina Minirovna somehow inexplicably find a buyer for my second, previously long-hanging apartment. We close the mortgage in a month, and there is still money left!
In a month (!!!) so many successful deals! And they also saved me from this terrible bondage with a mortgage, and I became the owner of the coveted apartment!!! Only virtuosos of their craft can do this!
