I’d like to express my huge gratitude to you and Alla Shinkevich for helping sell my apartment and legal assistance with the property transaction itself. I already had an experience with property transactions, but unfortunately I worked with other real estate agents, including brokers. As a result, they didn’t completed any of the transactions and I had plenty of problems with getting my documents back. And the reason for this situation was simply their incompetence, lack of responsibility, they just wanted to get money for doing nothing. And it’s your agent Alla Shinkevich who helped me finally complete my property deal that had been cancelled because of my broker in 2016.
In the summer of 2018, Alla helped me sell my apartment without any delays and then buy two apartments. It was a real pleasure to work with her. Everything was done on time, she did all the paperwork and managed the deal and helped with property registration. Within the whole period of time we were working together, Alla answered all my questions and provided me with really useful recommendations. I would definitely recommend her as a responsible estate agent. And my advice to those who are going to buy or sell a property is to AVOID BROKERS OR REAL ESTATE AGENCIES WHO OFFER LOW PRICES FOR THEIR SERVICES TO ATTRACT CLIENTS. AS A RESULT YOU WILL PROBABLY BE LEFT WITH AN UNFINISHED PROPERTY DEAL AND A HUGE BILL TO PAY FOR THEIR SERVICES.
