This was reported to «Stroygazeta» by the press service of the «Nevsky Prostor» real estate agency, whose specialists found out how much the most expensive and cheapest apartments in this type of house cost.

Experts said that in March of this year, the main selection of lots in Khrushchevki is concentrated in the format of two-room apartments. There are 589 lots for sale in this category. The most affordable "two-bedroom apartment" in such houses is sold for 4.6 million rubles. This budget will allow you to purchase an object with an area of 42 square meters, which is located in Kolpino.

The most expensive one-bedroom apartment in this type of house is for sale for 17.8 million rubles. This amount of funds will allow you to purchase a lot with an area of 57 square meters in the Moskovsky district, near the Park Pobedy metro station. At the moment, this is the most expensive offer among Khrushchevki throughout St. Petersburg.

In the segments of one- and three-bedroom apartments, a total of 470 lots are sold. Today, the most affordable apartment in the "Khrushchevki" of St. Petersburg is estimated at 3.7 million rubles. This budget will allow you to purchase a "one-bedroom apartment" with an area of 30 sq. m. in the Kolpinsky district. The facility is located on the ground floor.

Experts added that in March 2024, the cost per square meter in the Khrushchev buildings of St. Petersburg varies from 91.5 thousand to 343.9 thousand rubles.
