In the daytime, it is equal to 55 dBA, and at night — 45 dBA. For example, a noise of 45 dBA corresponds to the average volume of human speech, and the sound of a passing motorcycle with a muffler is already 80 dBA and refers to very noisy ones. Thus, the law on silence establishes clear criteria for determining unacceptable noise.
