St petersburg government offered to use mansions as a ground for creative spaces

St Petersburg investment council approved the idea of developing creative spaces. In 2017 companies will be offered to rent or get into concession mansions and historic buildings located in the city center at a very low price. The list of buildings includes Igel's mansion being empty for many years which is located on Kamennoostrovskoy pr, 58-60; 2 buildings of Apraksin Dvor complex - 54 and 55; Bryullov’s mansion on Kadetskaya line, 21; an abandoned building on Kurskya Str, 11; a building on Elizarov Str, 45; a house on Vosstanya Str in Kronshtad.
