Property buyers in St Petersburg prefer to buy new houses with final finishing. Almost over 40 % of people buy an apartment ready to live in, 35 % choose options without finishing and 29% prefer to buy housing ready for final finishing. This data was presented in one of the marketing surveys.

Real estate experts say that demand for final finishing is more typical for economy and comfort class housing, while people who buy properties of business class prefer exclusive design.
